Returns Policy

  • Must pay all return shipping charges. Include a copy of the packing list with all returns.
  • No returns/refunds after 30 days.
  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through shop.therockharleydavidson.com
  • Returns must be in new/unworn condition and all tags, receipts as well as packaging must be included to be accepted as a return. 
  • Please note that we do thoroughly check all of our returns and if the items are returned in poor condition a $10 restocking fee may be applied to your refund total.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
